To enjoy your holidays in complete peace of mind Serrano Hotels has developed several preventive measures which ensure social distancing and hygiene, thus compiling with legal establishments referring to the health crisis raised by COVID-19.
These preventive measures base principally on 3 attitudes:
· Always keep a social distance of at least 1,5m to both other guests and our staff especially when in a queue (reception, Spa, bar counter, buffet, rest rooms, etc.).
· Wash your hands frequently or use the hydroalcoholic gel provided in all areas of the hotel.
· Always use the face mask in all enclosed spaces (and even in open spaces if the social distance cannot be held).

To activate the A/C insert the key into the slot in the entrance of your room. The temperature control allows 3 steps (1 = gentle, 2 = normal, 3 = high). Opening the terrace door will automatically switch off the A/C.

The Aura Gym is also located on the 9th floor with an incredible sea view. Opening times are from 7 a.m. until midnight.
Located at the 7th floor this centre offers various body and facial treatments.

The use of the pool (life guard presence) is permitted from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.. In consideration to other guests the use of inflatable devices and jumping into the pool is not allowed.
Guests are kindly requested not to block in absence sunbeds with personal belongings nor towels. The hotel staff is entitled to remove them if necessary.
The hotel offers a towel service for exclusive use in our pools and in the Spa. Guests can collect or change them at the front desk. Kindly refrain from using the bathroom towels at the pool.
